Who do I work with?
I work across industries from technology and finance to FMCG, media and law. What my ideal clients have in common is a genuine commitment to putting their people in the driving seat of their careers and helping them become confident and compelling communicators.
I'm a little irreverent at times and all about keeping things authentic, practical and enjoyable. I like organisations that are serious about career development and professional impact, but not so serious they forget it’s meant to be fun.
At what level?
My sessions can be tailored for graduate joiners, midlevel managers or senior leaders.
Groups generally get smaller the more senior the participants, and I will also work 1-2-1 with individuals on presentation skills and LinkedIn® training.
How do I work?
As a former journalist, my sessions are rigorously researched, beautifully clear, creatively assembled and powerfully presented. They always aim to answer the question every editor asks their news team - "Why should anyone care about this?!"
As a qualified coach, I create a safe, playful and stretching space for clients to explore, experiment with and expand their own career and communication skillsets.
